In 1998 ChangeBEAT's founders, Ian Henley and Nick Durrant were executives in a technology company. They saw that the technology industry was about to undergo rapid change, but that there was no credible, specialist, professional organisation who could help the technology companies and their customers react. Recognising this gap in the market, they founded Contact to ContRact, now ChangeBEAT, in 1998 to provide professional help to company executives who want to improve the performance of their companies.
