How we work

ChangeBEAT works with company executives to understand what they want to achieve. We then work to shape, define, build and roll-out coordinated change programmes that achieve enduring business benefit.

Pragmatism is our watchword. ChangeBEAT wholeheartedly believes in quick wins that build confidence and establish momentum.

We also know that most change programmes fail. Resistance to change is inevitable, and small mistakes can easily become big issues. This means that successful change must be well conceived, meticulously defined, professionally developed, carefully explained and flawlessly delivered. We also know that post implementation inspection is vital.

Our experience of achieving successful change is encapsulated in our change methodology WingBEAT. WingBEAT recognises that change is seldom achieved just by command, but is better planned as a series of cumulative successes which build to a "tipping point" when the change becomes widely accepted and then institutionalised.
