Our new name reflects our new mission: ChangeBEAT works with executives to improve the way their organisation buys, sells, delivers and deploys technology to generate maximum business benefit.

We are increasing our focus on a very specific business problem - the scandalous fact that most technology investments do not demonstrably and reliably provide benefits to the end customer. Throughout the entire sales, purchasing, delivery and deployment processes there are two root causes for this problem.

  • Inadequate definition and management of the benefits that IT investments can deliver
  • Failure to deal with the change management challenges of introducing new technology.
