Who we are
ChangeBEAT was founded in 1998 (as Contact to ContRact Ltd) and now has 80 employees
and associates worldwide. The company was created by two
technology company directors who recognised that the market was changing, but
that there was no supplier of expert, specialised assistance to help companies respond.
In January 2008 the company started trading as ChangeBEAT to
reflect its increased focus on change management and successful
technology deployment.
ChangeBEAT has invested heavily in understanding and capturing
best practice in company
management, change management and IT deployment. We have developed extensive methodologies
and tools to implement change successfully.
ChangeBEAT develops long-term relationships with executives
who want to be successful and make things happen. We work with them to
understand clearly their objectives, define and build the necessary change
programme, and roll it out.
ChangeBEAT only provides experts with proven, real-life,
practical field and management experience.
Because our people have been there and done it, we relate very easily to
