SalesEXEC 10 Essential selling skills

An effective sales professional must master a bewildering array of techniques to achieve success. None is more important than the fundamental skill of managing an effective face-to-face sales call. 


SalesEXEC 10 introduces or refreshes the fundamental communications and selling skills required to manage a successful sales call. This module looks at non-verbal communications and then provides a simple model and set of techniques that enable the delegate to make a sales call. Delegates then practise the skills they have learned and perform their first role-plays.
